Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager, you will facilitate a continuous improvement in plant reliability through Asset Management strategy development, weekly maintenance scheduling, and maintenance project planning.
You'll be working within a skilled Maintenance team, giving you the opportunity to develop your skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of operations.
If you are an experienced maintenance tradesperson, this is a great opportunity to gain new experience with the support of an experienced team.
Key Responsibilities Plan maintenance activities via SAP, including preparing parts availability, SOP's, contractor and specific work permits (e.g.
hot work, confined space etc.
)Plan shutdowns and projects and feedback on progressManage incoming work requests and maintenance tagsSupervise and review planned maintenance with trades and specialists and collaborate on scope of future works and strategiesInspect plant and equipment with trades and collaborate on repair solutionsWork with the Reliability Manager to manage budget, reviewing reports and providing up-to-date estimatesCapture data, input data for analysis and generate asset care reportsAbout You Trade or degree qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineeringPrevious experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environmentStrong computer literacy and experience with a Maintenance Management SystemProven track record of implementing continuous improvement initiativesExcellent communication and a positive, can-do attitudeWhy Asahi?
