We are seeking an experienced and proactive Account Manager / Inbound Sales Representative to join our team.
This role is ideal for a professional with a passion for interior design, experience in B2B sales, and a strong ability to cultivate and nurture client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management: Handle all incoming sales inquiries via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Serve as the primary contact for B2B clients & marketplaces such as Temple & Webster, Freedom Furniture fostering strong, enduring relationships.
Customer Onboarding: Review and approve wholesale applications, ensuring all requirements are met.
Seamlessly onboard new customers, offering product training and account setup support.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns for B2B customers.
Customer Service: Provide solutions to client concerns, acting as a trusted advisor.
Ensure a smooth ordering process, from inquiry to delivery.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM.
Track and report sales activity, pipeline, and results.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in account management, inbound sales, or a similar B2B role.
A genuine interest in interior design and a good understanding of industry trends.
Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of Zoho CRM and Shopify is a bonus.
A proactive, positive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
