Building Caretaker/Maintenance Officer - Gold CoastABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a permanent full-time Caretaker to maintain the facilities of our new luxury residential building in Gold Coast. Supported by the Caretaking Team in our Fortitude Valley office your duties will include:Performing scheduled and ad hoc maintenance tasksCleaning of common areasLandscaping and gardening maintenance of property groundsManaging external contractorsProviding outstanding customer service to residentsProactively reporting on potential maintenance needs or issues and escalating these where requiredMaintaining the building to the highest standard, striving to ensure it remains a place that our residents love to come home toABOUT YOUWe are searching for someone friendly and approachable who has:High level communication skills and the ability to engage with all personalitiesThe ability to delegate tasks and is confident showing leadershipStrong organisational and time management skillsBasic handyman/maintenance skillsThe ability to roll up their sleeves and get the job doneA basic understanding of building services, operations and caretaking agreements is a plusLIFE AT MOSAICPeople are at the heart of everything we do here at Mosaic.
