About the roleProvide excellent customer service while assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving issues efficiently via multiple channels.Manage inbound and outbound calls and email correspondence within set SLAs and follow company standards with the goal to achieve positive customer outcomes.Understand customer insights and feedback and always act to put our customers' best interest in everything you do.Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legislative, and internal compliance obligations. About youStrong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a customer-focused approach to tasks.Adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.Comfortable navigating multiple systems with ease.Ready to kick start a career with one of Australia's largest general insurers. The start date for this role is scheduled for Monday 27th of January 2025. To be successful in the role, you will need to be available to work across the operating hours of the centre Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm.
