The Bartons Group of Companies is seeking an
experienced Dealership Accountant or Financial Controller
to join our group to support our continued growth strategy.The Bartons Group of companies represents a business of $500M turnover across multiple Brisbane sites and brands such as Mitsubishi, Subaru, Nissan, Hyundai, GWM, LDV, Chery, MG, Peugeot, Fiat, Jayco and used cars.

Partner closely with the Dealer Principals, providing vital insights and guidance- be a business partner and not just an accountantLeading the administration teamDeliver accurate and timely monthly resultsManaging the day-to-day finance operationsMonth end P&L and balance sheet reconciliationsFBT preparationYear-end auditsOur Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce or Finance.CA/CPA qualification or working towardsMinimum 3 years in financial accounting, with dealership experience preferredAdvanced in report production, analysis, Excel, and accounting fundamentalsFamiliarity with the ERA/Pentana system is a plus.Proactive, deadline-driven, excellent communicator, and effective leaderIf you want to join a group that will grow along with your career- this is absolutely the role for youIf this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you.
