Financial services company in Melbourne have a requirement for an EUC Engineer to join the team on an initial 12 month contract.
As an experienced EUC engineer the successful candidate will be responsible for laptop and mobile phone configuration, Office 365 Administration and remote ways of working.
As an escalation point from the Service Desk the EUC Engineer will understand what is happening within the organisation and perform updates and changes pertaining to end user computing.
We are looking for an individual who can come in and hit the ground running and manage the day to day BAU tasks.
Experience required: Good overall knowledge of the M365 platform.
At least 3 years professional IT experience in corporate environment managing SOE working within an ITIL framework.
Experience in implementing and supporting M365.
Deep knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, with exposure to hybrid joined devices, tenant consolidations and AD domain migration and consolidation.
Lenovo laptops experience preferred Experience supporting Microsoft Azure Active Directory and On Prem Active Directory.
Knowledge of the security and compliance features of M365 including Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, DLP and Information Protection.
Good understanding and practices in project management and change management.
Excellent written, documentation, and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with all parts of the project lifecycle including assisting with writing scopes of work and contributing to bids for project work, as well as implementation and handover.
The client is looking for a self starter who has excellent communication skills and someone who has ideally worked in a large corporate organisation Ideally looking for someone to start second week of January however will be interviewing prior to Christmas so please apply asap as will be revieing resumes as they come in.
