Nude Lucy is looking for an experienced retail leader to lead the team at Bondi Junction The Role & Responsibilities: We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to join us at our store in Bondi Junction.

Payroll reports.Roster Management and payroll approval.Manage Team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner.Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e.
stock shrinkage.Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store.Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work.Ensure that all tasks completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Members.To be successful you will have the following: Strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethos.Leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual.High level of written and verbal communication skills.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations.Adaptable and supportive.At Accent Group Limited, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
