The Opportunity
Delaware North Australia is now taking applications for our Blackjack Dealer Training School at Mindil Beach Casino Resort.
If successful, your training will commence Sunday 19th January through to Thursday 13th February 2025.
Training days will run from Sunday to Thursday each week from 6pm to 2am.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment centre on January 14th 2025 from 10am to 4pm.
Selection into the school will be determined by our assessment of your customer service focus and mathematical ability.

Responsibilities
Dedication to learn the skills required to successfully graduate with necessary knowledge of diverse table games
Attend 4 weeks full-time training as outlined above
If successfully graduated from Training School, you will become eligible for casual dealer positions within our table games department, being rostered primarily on Friday and Saturday nights
What will you bring?
Strong experience in customer service
Responsible Service of Alcohol and Responsible Service of Gambling certificates
Ability to obtain and maintain a Casino Operative's Licence
Skills in customer service and mathematics
Well presented with a positive attitude
Ability to attend full-time training for 4 weeks
