Leading higher education group requires 3 x Operating Model, Senior Business Analyst for 6 months + contract to help with a transformational agenda.
The Operating Model Business Analyst is a critical role in program delivery and in enabling the transformational agenda which includes investment in a portfolio of initiatives and programs that will shape the future of the education group.
The Operating Model Business Analyst is responsible for:Lead scoping, planning, and execution of program initiatives.Conduct and document detailed analysis of business processes, people, and data using various tools.Analyze complex information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and communicate clearly.Engage with stakeholders to understand and validate their business needs and functional requirements.Develop strategies for transitioning business units from "As-Is" to "To-Be" states.Recommend changes to business processes and technology solutions in line with strategic priorities.Assess and manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies to keep programs on track.Contribute to the development of key program documents like Business Cases and Project Plans.Provide input and support for governance forums, communications, and presentations.Collaborate with design experts, architects, IT, HR, and other specialists, including external vendors.To succeed in this role, you will have:Experienced as an Operating Model Business Analyst in an enterprise setting.Proven experience in leading complex transformations, including operating model redesigns.Strong background within unionized environments and overcoming resistance.Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders and handling difficult conversations.Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.In return a fantastic daily rate is on offer for the successful candidate.
A hybrid work model is in place.
