Our Lady of the Rosary is a K-6 co-educational primary school known for its nurturing environment that encourages each student to reach their full potential.

The successful candidate will:
Have a sound knowledge of and commitment to our Catholic faith and mission in Catholic education.
Inspire a love of learning in their students Be engaging and innovative Demonstrate a commitment to unleashing the potential of each student Be committed to the continual improvement of your teaching practice and receptive to opportunities for personal and professional development.
Have active listening skills and the ability to engage with and build strong positive relationships with members of the school community including employees, students and parents Have the ability to cater for students with diverse backgrounds, needs and abilities Maintain industry currency, sharing their passion for learning Structure lessons to meet the physical, social and intellectual development and characteristics of your students Create and maintain a safe, inclusive and challenging learning environment and implement fair and equitable behaviour management plans Evaluate all aspects of your teaching practice to ensure you are meeting the learning needs of each student Interpret and use student assessment data to diagnose barriers to learning and to challenge students to improve their performance Effectively manage the learning cycle, including planning for learning and assessment, developing learning programs, teaching, assessing, providing feedback on student learning and reporting to parents/carers Please address the above criteria in your cover letter.
The Qualifications:
Compliance with NSW Child Protection Legislation - Working with Children Check clearance, plus compliance with CSPD's Child Safeguarding Procedures and Code of Conduct, When Working With Students and Children.
