We encourage candidates of all backgrounds, abilities, and experiences to apply.About the Perks• Unlimited free entry to our amazing theme parks• Earn complimentary passes for family and friends• Enjoy discounts on food & beverage, retail and animal experiences• Enjoy a wide variety of discounts throughout our properties and access to our Village Employee Benefits App which is partnered with more than 65 major retailers• Exclusive and unique team member events and awards• Reward and Recognition incentives and prizes• On site Wellbeing Team and access to our EAP with 24/7 support• Opportunity for professional development & internal training, we strive to grow our talentThe opportunity:To assist with the management and deliver brand marketing campaigns across selected Village Roadshow Theme Parks' Brands and ancillary businesses under the direction of the Brand Manager.The key success factor will be ticket sales, attendance, accommodation occupancy and revenue, conferencing and events revenue all using a fully integrated marketing strategy.Your day to day:• Assisting with the planning, developing and implementing retail and brand marketing strategies• Coordinate and implement ATL and BTL media campaigns• Fulfil brand campaign creative requirements including working with the internal creative studio for briefing, developing and disseminating of all work• Assist with the management and execute in park activations and events working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders• Assist with the management of activities supporting the VRTP social platforms, website and direct communications• Take responsibility of the management of designated brands/campaigns under the guidance of the Brand Manager as part of your skill progression• Build and manage internal stakeholder relationships across the business supporting the Brand Manager• Assist with the development and analysis of customer research and use customer intelligence to identify strategic solutions• Assist with the management and execution of promotions for all VRTP propertiesWhat you'll bring:• Minimum of three years' experience in marketing across the mix• Project management skills – creative and media agency experience would be beneficial in this fast-paced environment• Self organisation, problem solving, time management skills & stakeholder management skills• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management.
