Senior Business AnalystJob number: 796606Business unit: Business and PrivatePrimary position location: 395 Bourke St, Melbourne, VICWork type: Permanent Full timeRegion: VIC- Melbourne CBDLead engagement and project requirements on key projectsExperience in the Financial Crime space & Private Wealth is highly valuedAn expanding environment with great career development opportunitiesIn this Senior Domain Business Analyst role, you willLead the elaboration of requirements, participating in agile ceremonies to support the development of strategic onboarding and financial crime projectsDrive and manage the business needs and convert them into requirements to deliver future state strategic changes, this includes gathering, validating and documenting business requirementsFocusing on delivering artefacts documenting clients, colleagues' functional requirements, break down from epics to features and user storiesSupporting the work with technology to progress requirements to detailed solution design build and testing phasesAct as an interface between Business, Technology and platform Vendors to ensure that needs are metContribute to squad deliverables/artefacts based on Product Owner or Delivery Lead/PM's prioritisationAlign with delivery lifecycles including the design of journey maps, process maps and business change implementation artefacts including training materials and communicationWhat you'll bringMinimum 10 years experience defining requirements for customer onboarding domainsMinimum 10 years experience working in complex environments, as a BA working in onboarding and financial crime domainsUnderstanding and experience working in implementing AML CTF Outcomes.Experience working in complex environments, as a BA working in onboarding and financial crime domainsStrong analysis skills and experience in business requirement documentationA background Private Wealth & Wealth Management ideallyA proven background in the Financial Services spaceThe ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions in line with time sensitive deadlinesExcellent stakeholder management experienceExposure to customer experience, customer journey design and documentation is preferredA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyoneWe know that our people make us who we are.
