Together we make products you will be proud to stand behind.We are the premium priced brand in our market with no apologies, and this role will play an integral part in our future growth and achieving goals charted on Hidrive's Strategic Roadmap.About youAs the Head of Technology, you will lead the organisation's technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation. You will identify emerging technology trends and evaluate their potential impact on the organisation; lead and mentor the technology team; engage and indirectly manage a team of dedicated SMEs across the business; and develop a software roadmap aligned with business needs to drive bottom line efficiencies.For the first 18 months, your focus will be on the internal project lead for Hidrive's ERP implementation project, starting in February 2025.Mandatory qualifications and minimum experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferredProven experience in a senior technology leadership role in a manufacturing environmentStrong understanding of software development, systems architecture, and IT infrastructureSuccessfully implemented a Tier 2 ERP solution, preferably Epicor KineticDemonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectivelyExperience with agile methodologies and project management frameworksKey AccountabilitiesThis role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of technology trends, software development, and IT infrastructure.
