And we've been doing it for over 170 years.If we do our job well, we genuinely add to the prosperity of our country and its people.How you'll make an impactAs a Digital L2 Support Engineer in AMP's Technology function, you'll be a critical enabler of our digital transformation, directly contributing to the stability and performance of AMP's digital customer experience platforms.
Your role will be pivotal in investigating and resolving defects, supporting system integrations, and ensuring a seamless digital experience for both internal stakeholders and customers.
By providing expert Level 2 support for the Adobe Experience Platform, you'll help maintain the technological infrastructure that allows AMP to deliver rich, engaging digital experiences and support the company's strategic vision of becoming a digitally enabled business.What you will bring to the roleYou'll bring a robust technical skillset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, complemented by excellent communication skills and a fast-learning mindset.
Your experience with software development lifecycles, monitoring tools, and platforms like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow will be crucial in resolving complex technical issues efficiently.
