We're looking for a passionate individual to become a vital part of our dynamic team at Slade Pharmacy, located within Mulgrave Private Hospital in Victoria.This is a unique opportunity to gain highly sought-after hospital pharmacy experience while specialising in cancer care.
You'll work alongside a compassionate, multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional pharmacy services to both the hospital and its patients.If you're currently working in community pharmacy and eager to move into a hospital setting, this role offers a perfect opportunity as hands-on training will be provided to ensure your successful transition.In this role, you'llReceive, dispense and supply medications for hospital inpatients and outpatientsAssist in processing and maintaining imprest levels, and managing hospital ward stockReconcile and manage prescriptions and patient medication discharge profilesProvide support to patients, carers and hospital staffAssist with retail ordering and reconciliationAssist with S2/S3 salesProcess PBS claims and assist in producing medication profiles to hospital patients on dischargeConfidently complete administrative and record keeping dutiesAssist with patient account enquiriesAbout UsIcon Group provides a complete suite of services to support the operation of more than 75 pharmacies across Australia.
