THE ICONIC is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Marketing Analyst to join our Customer team.
The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for analysing marketing data, generating insights, and making data-driven recommendations to maximize our online commercial performance.
The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in the Google Analytics suite, and a solid understanding of digital marketing and online consumer behavior.
What's involved:Prepare weekly and monthly reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (marketing channel performance, web and app analysis and customer data analysis) and present findings to the marketing team.Support the forecasting cycle for Marketing team to identify risks and opportunities for the upcoming periods and assist in long term planning.Ad hoc analysis related to marketing channel performance, web and app tracking and customer analysis, supported with visualisations and clearly articulated actionable insights.Support with market share analysis, and market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and consumer preferences.
Assist in creating reports based on research findings.BAU reports used by marketing teams (OMR, channel bottom up build, customer outlook, partnerships reporting).Updating data (including visualisations) for weekly trade reports, dashboards & Monthly Business reviews.Help monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns (trade marketing, THE ICONIC campaigns, partnership campaigns), across all marketing channels and evaluate the impact on customer behavior.
Support with summarization of results and communicate back to the marketing team.About you:Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role in an eCommerce environment.Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles and online advertising.Ability to create insightful visualisations/graphs as required to support analysis/reporting.Familiarity with Google Analytics, ideally exposure to and understanding of GA4.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to translate data into digestible insights to support strategic decision making.Analytical thinker - seek to understand 'why'.Commercial acumen - ability to understand how key metrics impact the business to draw appropriate insights for decision making.Life at THE ICONICFrom our ways of working to our growth mindset and sustainable approach, we each add unique value and have an incredible amount of fun doing it
