We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Boutique Manager to join a prestigious international timepiece brand in the heart of Melbourne's vibrant Collins Street district.
Key Responsibilities:Assist in leading and motivating a team of sales associates to achieve boutique targetsProvide exceptional customer service to build and maintain loyal client relationshipsEnsure efficient inventory management and stock controlOversee visual merchandising to create an inspiring and luxurious shopping environmentCollaborate with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales objectives and KPIsSupport training and development of staff to ensure continuous improvementKey skills/experience:Immaculately presented with a professional and polished appearance.Proven experience in a similar Assistant Boutique Manager role within the luxury industry (experience in watch retail is preferred, but not essential).A genuine passion for sales and delivering exceptional results.Extensive retail sales experience, particularly with high-end clientele.A strong interest in horology or the willingness and ability to learn about highly technical products.Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term client satisfaction.Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse clientele.The benefits:Salary of $75,000 + SuperCommission structure depending on individual and team KPIs.Roster flexibility to support your needs.Have an impact on a worldwide luxury retailerA beautiful store and working environment.If this sounds like you, please provide a resume and APPLY NOW.
