As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance, supporting key business decisions, and partnering with senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting, tax compliance, BAS, and financial reporting functions.Ensure accurate and timely reporting in compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage ongoing financial operations, including tax and regulatory compliance.Review and analyse monthly financial information for unit pricing and investor reportingAct as the primary finance contact for Fund Managers and external investors, addressing finance-related inquiriesPrepare statutory financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsAbout You:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldCA/CPA qualification is requiredExtensive experience within the property, logistics, or fund management sectorsStrong technical accounting knowledge, including experience with financial reporting standards and tax regulationsExcellent communication skills with the ability to liaise confidentlyApply Now We are a global talent services company, offering the full spectrum of solutions to meet your resourcing needs.
