About the Role
We are looking for a driven Junior Corporate Lawyer to join our client's National Corporate team.
This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on training and career development in corporate law.
You'll work on a variety of exciting projects, gaining exposure to diverse clients, and collaborating with experienced practitioners.
You'll enjoy a high level of autonomy, while also working closely with partners and supporting the mentoring of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with commercial contracts and agreements Conduct legal research and analysis Support client consultations and meeting preparations Participate in due diligence and transactional work About You 1-3 years of post-admission experience in corporate law Familiarity with joint ventures, acquisitions, disposals, and capital raising Knowledge of the Corporations Act, ASX Listing Rules, and corporate compliance Experience in the energy and resources sectors is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks Collaborative team player with a supportive mindset Proactive and eager to develop your career The Perks

You will work with medium-sized growth companies in the Energy & Resources and Technology sectors, assisting clients with capital raisings, share and asset acquisitions, directors' duties, joint ventures, and general commercial advice.
