Responsibilities:
Coordinate occupational therapy services for the community.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalised treatment plans.
Provide hands-on therapy to improve functional abilities and enhance quality of life.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for holistic care and continuity of services.
Provide guidance and support for independence and self-care skills.
Utilise evidence-based practices and innovative techniques for optimal outcomes.
Evaluate progress, adjust treatment plans, and advocate for clients' rights.
Stay informed about advancements in occupational therapy.
Collaborate closely with esteemed Lead Clinician and mentor junior therapists.
Requirements:
Must have a valid registration with AHPRA.
Should be a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience working with clients across the lifespan and a strong passion for nurturing future leaders.
Should have a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals through therapeutic interventions.
Should possess creative and adaptable qualities, along with resourcefulness and a talent for problem-solving.
Must be dedicated to continuous learning and professional development.
Should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be committed to upholding the highest standards of ethical practice and professional integrity.
