Our client, a leading NDIS provider in South Australia, is seeking a warm and motivated Service Coordinator (Southern Region) to join their team.

About the Role
As the Service Coordinator for the Southern Region, you will oversee services in areas such as Morphett Vale, Seaford, Noarlunga, and surrounding communities.
This dual-focus role combines coordination and direct support work, ensuring you stay connected to clients' needs while providing critical leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities :
Client Coordination and Support : Develop and implement personalised service plans aligned with client goals and NDIS plans.
Act as the primary contact for clients and families, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Work directly with clients to understand their needs and provide support where required.
Step in to provide hands-on support during staff shortages to maintain continuity of care.
Team Leadership and Management : Lead, support, and mentor a team of support workers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Manage staff schedules and rosters to ensure adequate coverage.
Compliance and Reporting : Maintain accurate client records and ensure services meet NDIS and regulatory standards.
Conduct audits to assess and enhance service quality.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community organisations.
Advocate for clients' needs and collaborate with external providers to enhance service offerings.
Operational Management : Manage budgets and resources for the Southern Region effectively.
Identify opportunities for service growth and improvement.
About You
We are looking for someone with :
Experience :
2–3 years in service coordination, case management, or program delivery, ideally under the NDIS framework.
Extensive experience in support work, with the ability to directly assist clients and understand their needs.
Skills :
Strong leadership and communication skills (oral and written).
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
Education :
A qualification in Social Work, Community Services, Disability, or a related field (minimum Certificate IV; higher qualifications preferred).
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC), NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, and National Police Clearance.
A valid driver's licence (essential for travel requirements).

What We Offer
Salary : $70,000–$80,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time).

This role is primarily office-based, with frequent travel within the Southern Region to meet clients, attend community events, and visit service sites.
Flexibility for remote work is available, provided client outcomes remain a priority.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours or weekend work to meet client or operational needs.
