Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessments and treatmentsProvide individual therapeutic interventions tailored to complex casesMaintain accurate clinical records and monitor treatment progressEngage in professional development and adhere to ethical standards
Requirements:
Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia and AHPRA.6-year qualification in psychology.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.Clinical Assessment and Intervention Skills: Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions.Time Management and Organizational Skills: Capability to manage a varied caseload efficiently and maintain accurate clinical records.Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in documenting clinical notes and adhering to ethical standards.Autonomous Work Ability: Comfort in working independently while knowing when to seek support from management.
