We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven & experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team on a Permanent Full-Time basis.
You'll be based in one of our well-established Eastern Suburbs or Inner Sydney based stores.
Key Responsibilities: Supporting Store Manager with daily business operationsLeading & motivating staff to achieve KPI's and business goalsDelivering the highest levels of customer service at all timesWorking with management to understand & achieve the objectives and results for the companyHands-on approach to serving our customers, outstanding merchandising and supporting your teamAbout you: 2+ years of Store and Business management experiencePrevious experience working within the Hardware industry - essentialOutstanding track record in driving sales and creating a phenomenal customer service cultureAbility to motivate and support your team and lead by exampleExceptional merchandising skillsSome heavy lifting requiredUnderstands the meaning of 'Servicing our community'Who we are: Sunlite Mitre 10 is a family-owned independent chain of Mitre 10 stores across Sydney's CBD, Inner West, North Shore and Eastern Suburbs.
