About the opportunity : We are currently seeking a robust Application Administrator to be accountable for the upkeep, configuration and effective day-to-day operation of selected systems.
Key accountabilities : Providing support and timely resolution of issues raised through the Enterprise Service Desk (level 1 support)Consultation, system configuration, reporting and operational setup of the designated application in response to day-to-day operational demand and project-related activities (level 2 support)Analysing operational activities to identify and deliver system improvementsProviding enhancements, alterations and testing of systems' configuration within the designated application in response to operational and project demandsGuiding and training system end users in the effective use of the systemWorking with vendors to ensure the organisation's requirements are understood, issues are managed, and product roadmaps are effectively utilisedTypical experience and qualifications : Minimum of 2 years of experience with TechnologyOneExpertise in TechnologyOne Financials and Supply Chain modulesProficient in TechnologyOne CiA Purchasing and Assets modulesExperience with TechnologyOne reporting, ETLs, and CPM (Desirable)Familiarity with TechnologyOne CiA and CiAbility to configure, set up, and perform system administrator tasks within TechnologyOneExperience with Workday and Vendor Panel (Desirable)Strong understanding of the impact of applications on business processesSkilled in providing Level 1 and Level 2 end-user supportPassionate about customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional customer serviceExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey informationPossession of an accounting qualificationA collaborative team player with a strategic mindsetIn return : Competitive remunerationSalary packagingParental leaveFlexible work arrangements include a hybrid working modelInterested?
