We use our extensive candidate pools, intelligent screening and matching tools, plus our passion for people to deliver the right result for our clients.About the roleThe Clinical Governance Manager will lead the advancement of our Clinical Governance Framework to support the safe, high-quality delivery of clinical practice within Alliance Australia. This role is crucial in driving excellence in care services and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:Quality, Clinical Governance and Risk Management – Develop, implement, and maintain Clinical Governance and Clinical Risk Frameworks for best practice and audit compliance. Actively engage in relevant committees and manage high-risk clinical incidents and complaints.Collaboration, Clinical Supervision, and Support – Partner with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure consistent application of clinical best practices and adherence to regulatory requirements, providing guidance on complex clinical issues and risk management strategies.Strategy and Innovation – Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align clinical governance with emerging industry trends and regulatory changes.People and Culture – Support the clinical team to attract, retain, and develop an engaged and high-performing team that can deliver on strategic plans and work collaboratively across all departments.About youWe are ideally seeking an individual coming from Community and/or Aged Care who has prior experience developing and rolling out Clinical Governance Frameworks.Other key requirements of the role:Strong interpersonal skills – Ability to positively influence key stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout of the clinical governance framework.Registered Nurse with Current AHPRA (with no limitations) registration with clinical experience preferably in aged care or disability.Cert IV in Training or working towards is preferred, as you may be involved in developing training materials and leading training sessions around Clinical Governance.The main benefit of this role is to join Alliance Australia in a WHS Leadership role, in a newly high-performing team with established members.Other benefits:Feel good factor – work for a business that genuinely makes a difference to the lives of people in need.22 days annual leave – an extra day between Christmas and New Years and 1 for Birthday.Market Leading parental leave – 26 weeks full pay.Other corporate benefits including Fitness Passport, Employee Assistance Programs, Health Benefits, Salary Packaging, and more.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Clinical Governance Manager?What's your expected annual base salary?Do you have a current nursing registration from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?
