Amplifon Australia is looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join our #makemorepossible team
Reporting to the Northern HR Business Partner, this role will play a critical role in day-to-day field operations with occasional travel, supporting our Field HR Business Partner to ensure processes and initiatives are effectively in place to accelerate business performance.
Key responsibilities:
Be the main point of contact for employees in providing HR generalist support, administration, and policy advice; escalate accordingly to Area HRBP; Be the first point of contact for Area managers in Employee Relations matters and support HRBPs in high-level investigations by coordinating meetings, taking meeting minutes, and drafting reports; Coordinate field travel arrangements and work closely with the Training Team for Inductions and Onboarding; Follow up on probationary and performance reviews, license updates for health care professionals, and other relevant documents; Collaborate with the Sales team to support day-to-day HR activities; Facilitate HR communications and reporting, drafting presentations for monthly meetings; Engage with Field Management to assess organizational capabilities and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address identified gaps; Ensure execution and adherence to Amplifon HR principles, practices, and policies; Support developing and/or updating forms, templates, and maintaining workforce planning for the field team; Support the Senior HRBP in providing detailed advice on Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, interpreting Enterprise Agreements, modern awards, Fair Work Act, and the National Employment Standards; Other administrative tasks as deemed appropriate by the HRBPs.
Education and experience:
University Degree in Psychology, Business, Economics, or related studies.
An MSc in Human Resources degree will be highly appreciated; 2 years of Australian experience; Employee Relations Experience is an advantage;
