Join our dynamic team within our mobile Concrete division and play a key role in a major project.
The primary focus of this role will be to oversee operations and will involve day-to-day decision making, delegation of tasks, and enforcement of safety rules, policies, and procedures.
Your day will involve: Supervise, communicate, and coordinate the concrete batching and delivery team on a major project.Communicate and work closely with the customer on the project.Manage raw material stock of cement, sand, aggregates, additive chemicals, etc.Facilitate safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes, and incident reporting.Manage project forecasts and plan ahead to ensure success.What are we looking for?
