The Role Duties your role will encompass include:
Attending all client meetings (both existing and prospective clients).Recording detailed and compliant file notes and documentation for all client interactions (with the support of the Client Services Team).Taking both responsibility and accountability for the associated work in the advice preparation process (preparing strategy documents for the Paraplanner to complete SOAs, providing instruction to the Client Services Team to prepare ROAs, completing the first review of ROAs & SOAs before adviser review).Liaising with internal teams and external institutions to carry out research, modelling, and calculations, to support the preparation of financial advice to clients.Working hand in hand with the Senior Adviser to learn your craft and hone your skills further.About You A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a financial planning firm as an Associate Adviser or you may be a CSO or paraplanner looking for the opportunity to take the next step.Completed appropriate tertiary qualifications.Exceptional time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.A commitment to excellence with the view of providing a premium level of service to clients.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.The ability to work well both in a team and individually.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong knowledge of compliance requirements.Strong understanding of the technical components of financial strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
