We are looking for an experienced Market Research Analyst to join our dynamic team at IPH Limited.
As the Market Analyst, you will work collaboratively with the IPH Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to provide proactive market and business analysis with data driven insights to support IPH and its group companies across the Asia Pacific region.
Your expertise will help guide our market strategies and overall business direction.
Responsibilities include: IP filing and market trend analysis and simulations across primary and secondary IP marketsGeneration and management of accurate and timely reports (ranging from daily to annual; and ASX and investor reporting)In-depth analysis of multi-source data, including utilisation of business intelligence toolsReconciliation of internal and external filing dataPrepare insightful, actionable market reports with commercial acumenServe as the company resource expert for market analysisBring analytics best practice initiatives and continuous improvement to the businessBuild a repository of processes and procedures for data analysis and reportingYou will have: Minimum 5 years' experience in a market analysis roleAdvanced Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint skills coupled with an ability to utilise the full Microsoft stackAbility to utilise various data sources, including publicly available data and reports and paid subscription data aggregatorsAbility to turn data into insightsAbility to build core data sets and develop reporting templates and frameworksAbility to tell a story with data through engaging and insightful data visualisationsStrong analytical and data management skills; coupled with the ability to autonomously plan, organise and prioritiseStrong communication skills with an ability to build and leverage working relationships with internal stakeholdersAbility to work independently as well as within groupsAbout Us: IPH Limited is the holding company for intellectual property ("IP") and associated companies offering a wide range of IP services and products.
