We proudly partner every day with our 225,000 customers around the world to preserve their invaluable artifacts, extract more from their inventory, and protect their data privacy in innovative and socially responsible ways.The Job:Account Executives directly generate revenue growth and quota attainment by selling solutions to new and current users within an assigned portfolio, including new business, cross-sell, and upsell, via best practice telephone, virtual-based, and face-to-face interactions.The Responsibilities:The portfolio for Account Executive consists of approximately 150-200 Companies.Initiates and answers inbound and/or outbound contact directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.Identifies and qualifies prospective customers and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems.Responds to customer questions, closes sales, takes orders, and maintains customer records.Builds rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.Leads commercial discussions and negotiations with the customer, including contractual terms and conditions to maximize the company's recurring revenue and gross margin.The Person:At least 3 or more years of experience in a similar role.A proven track record of high performance in B2B Sales, including growing and maintaining existing relationships and being comfortable with cold calling and establishing new relationships across all levels.An understanding of sales disciplines and account management methodologies.Ability to successfully negotiate and close a deal.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Excellent presentation skills and an ability to engage audiences.Ability to effectively collaborate with others to reach mutually agreeable outcomes.Strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills, and business acumen for effective decision-making.Self-starter with drive and determination.Iron Mountain is committed to intentionally creating and supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce.
