As a hands-on CEO, you'll need to bring commercial wisdom, a thorough understanding of environmental sustainability, financial acumen, and a record for leading discussions around environmental impact.
Developing teams, interacting with a supportive Board, advocacy, change management, an understanding of country life, the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done, an unflappable nature, and a good understanding of how an efficient and effective membership organization works are all required attributes.

Further attributes that will add gloss to your application include a great network across business and government, tertiary qualifications in Business and/or Natural Resource Management, Environment, Science, or Economics, and (ideally) AICD credentials.
