Scheduling Coordinator – Healthcare, Aged Care, And Nfp

Join our client's team as a Scheduling Coordinator, where you'll play a key role in supporting essential services across the healthcare, aged care, and not-for-profit sectors in Brisbane. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate staff schedules, ensuring the right skills are matched with client needs across healthcare, aged care, and NFP settings.
Prepare and distribute schedules in advance, keeping all team members and stakeholders informed.
Adapt schedules to meet evolving service requirements and staff availability, while minimising disruptions.
Optimise staffing efficiency by managing leave, reducing overtime, and meeting KPIs for service delivery.
Ensure compliance with relevant awards, agreements, and workplace health and safety standards.
Provide staffing solutions when necessary, including liaising with external service providers.
Maintain accurate scheduling data, address queries, and communicate updates clearly and promptly.
Act as a liaison between the organisation, clients, field staff, and external partners to ensure seamless daily operations.

What We're Looking For:
Experience in scheduling or rostering within the healthcare, aged care, or NFP sectors.
Proficiency in scheduling software or rostering systems used in these industries.
Strong organisational skills and communication abilities.
Solid understanding of employment agreements, awards, and best practices in scheduling.
Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with sector-specific standards and WHS policies, with a commitment to quality care.
