As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented and experienced Body Corporate Manager to join their established team.About The RoleYou will be working with a newly created and well-maintained mixed-use portfolio.Liaising with Body Corporates as requiredManaging a mixed-use portfolio of commercial and residential propertiesArranging quotations and repairs and maintenance for works requiredPreparing agendas and minutes for meetingsPreparing budgets for presentations to AGMsConvene and conduct meetingsThe CandidateCandidates with relevant experience in the property/legal industry will be considered.Ideal but not essential:Ability to manage diverse portfoliosAbility to manage staffHigh attention to detail and administrative skillsUnderstanding of QLD Strata Legislation and related regulationsExperience in building and maintaining strong client relationshipsThe BenefitsIn return, you will receive a highly competitive remuneration package.
