The opportunity | Here's how you'll do that as a Payroll Manager You will be responsible for leading payroll operations for a team of 2000+ employees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of wages, benefits, and deductions.
This role manages a skilled payroll team and ensures compliance with all relevant laws and Warrigal's Enterprise Agreements.
The Payroll Manager drives best practices to streamline and optimise payroll processes, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
Working closely with teams across Finance, Rostering, People & Culture, and IT, the Payroll Manager helps integrate systems, resolve discrepancies, and align payroll processes with broader organisational goals.
Additionally, the role involves regular risk assessments and governance reporting to identify and address compliance issues, ensuring robust controls are in place to safeguard against regulatory and financial risks.
