About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team as the Director of Public Affairs.
This pivotal role is responsible for leading the Public Affairs Branch in promoting action to prevent harm to the environment and human health from pollution and waste, developing and implementing the EPA's strategic engagement, and raising awareness of the EPA's role.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Public Affairs Branch in promoting action to prevent harm to the environment and human health from pollution and wasteDevelop and implement the EPA's strategic engagementRaise awareness of the EPA's roleFoster strong partnerships across all levels of government, industry, and the community to achieve the organisation's goalsAbout YouYou are a proven executive leader in strategic advisory areas, with a record of achievement in highly fluid environments, with regulatory or public sector experience.
You inspire teams to develop innovative solutions and have a deep understanding of regulation or similar, ideally around environmental or similarly sensitive areas.
You leverage strategic relationships to influence at all levels and are committed to EPA's vision.
