We call this the &Model and the premise is very simple.
Agency Creative, Strategy, Media, PR and Data/CRM, all working side by side, solving problems as one collaborative team with the client.

About the Role We don't have a Designer.
We need one.
Are you one?
You must be enthusiastic, conceptual, really good at design, and want to do good work (and design).
This role is perfect for someone looking to pave their own path and get in on the ground floor of a growing agency.
You'll be expected to take part in the whole process from conception to completion, meaning your fingerprints will be all over the work (figuratively only please).
You'll be part of the creative family and will assist both ADs, Copywriters and the Creative Director.
As an agency, we're a small (but fast-growing) local team but a part of a larger network, so you get that small agency feel with the added security and resources of a global agency.
You'll also be working across some of the world's biggest brands in confectionery, pet food, chewing gum and food.
Key Responsibilities Delivering strong conceptual ideas across a wide range of channels, including OOH, TV, digital, social, brand activations, promotions and experiential.
Contributing to new business with pitch work and proactive work.
Owning the look and feel of our clients and reducing visual errors.
Create and update style guides, branding elements, original graphics, icons, illustrations and some animation.
Pro-actively contribute to team building initiatives and contribute to team culture.
Adhere to project deadlines: delivery of project tasks within the project schedule expected to be 100% as defined in the project schedule.
About You A strong conceptual thinker – fresh ideas, big ideas, disruptive ideas and the ability to bring the ideas of others to life.
Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator and In-Design.
Ability to form strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
The drive and ability to ensure work is performed on time, without compromising quality.
An understanding of artistic fundamentals, including line, form, texture, colour and how these affect users.
Knowledge of typographic fundamentals.
The ability to sketch out ideas in a clear communicative way.
Digital knowledge and experience are a plus (digital design, UX) and the ability to think in digital channels is essential.
Animation, illustration, video editing and 3D building are a plus but aren't a dealbreaker.
Experience as a Designer in a marketing/advertising agency & a portfolio that demonstrates your thinking (spec work if necessary) and your craft (layout, type, design, video content).
