About the Role:
Our Mackay Branch is looking for a Parts Interpreter
Join our dynamic team, with the opportunity to learn about all things John Deere.
This fantastic opportunity would suit someone who has previously worked in a workshop or dealership environment in Parts or StoresThe key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to:.
Provide sales / parts interpretation support to retail customers and workshop employees.
Prepare and order parts Present exceptional merchandising standards Perform inventory control / stock take You will bring the following skills and experience to the role: Prior experience of Parts Interpretation in a trade, retail or similar environment will be highly regarded but not essential.
Maturity, positivity and an excellent work ethic.
Excellent customer service and professional presentation.
Intermediate MS Office skills with the ability to become proficient with parts interpretation software.
Knowledge of Agricultural machinery is highly advantageous but not essential
