You'll manage project budgets, schedules, teams, and client relationships to ensure everything runs smoothly and to the highest standard.
Your ability to stay organised, communicate effectively, and proactively solve problems will be key to your success in this role.Key responsibilities include:Managing the full project lifecycle, from initial planning and design to completion and handover.Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.Overseeing health, safety, and compliance on site, ensuring that all standards are met.Providing leadership and support to junior team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Liaising with internal teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.Who We're Looking For:To succeed in this role, you will have at least 1 year of prior commercial fit-out experience in Australia and a proven ability to manage complex projects.
You'll need to be an excellent communicator, highly organised, proactive, and a team player who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
