Expect all this and more when you join Linfox.What does the job look like?Linfox Consumer & Healthcare Group is looking for an experienced logistics and supply chain expert to manage inventory operations at a key customer site in Chullora. The role of Inventory Manager will focus on ensuring efficient inventory management, business analysis, and reporting across the entire operation. Key Areas:Oversee and report on inventory cycle counts and stocktakes.Manage systems for receiving, returns, put away, replenishment, picking, and dispatch.Provide detailed KPI reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.Conduct analysis of business processes, people management, rostering, and system reviews to implement best practices in inventory management and reporting.Develop and present reports for management and customers, using data insights to improve business efficiency and support decision-making.Lead and mentor the inventory team while collaborating with the operations team to ensure accountability and deliverables are met.Are you the one?You are a seasoned professional in warehousing and supply chain management, and you are looking for a role that offers the opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic logistics environment. You can demonstrate:3-5 years of experience in inventory management.Experience within supply chain and logistics, preferably in cold chain warehousing and third-party logistics (3PL).Strong understanding of warehouse systems, with proven accountability for inventory management accuracy.Proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with experience working with large datasets and coding.Familiarity with paperless systems and pallet control/management.At Linfox, we focus on providing an inclusive and diverse workplace where our people can perform at their best.
