Clinical Document Processing Unit Support OfficerWe are looking for a Clinical Document Processing Unit Support Officer to join our Health Information Management Service.
In this role, you will contribute to the daily operations of the service by providing support as required.
Provide general administrative and systems support to ensure the accurate retrieval, storage, filing, and transport of confidential patient clinical records to support our clinical workforce in providing quality patient care.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
Acute attention to detail in the provision of clinical documentation and medical records to ensure patient information is provided within the allocated performance indicators.Ability to work in a team environment and an understanding of teamwork skills and professional communication techniques.
This includes the ability to contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, support, and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner.Ability to exercise judgment in processing urgent and non-urgent requests to ensure timely continuity of patient care and funding reimbursement in a health care environment.Capability to undertake the physical aspects of the role including ward rounds, filing of patient records, retrieval of patient records, and culling of patient records.Ability to understand and anticipate consumer service requirements whilst applying the West Moreton Health mission and values.West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
