And you can maximize your work-life balance and flexibility through our Hybrid Work Model.Job DescriptionHybrid working available | Market leader in supply chain and logisticsResponsible for providing scheduling and planning support across CHEP QueenslandGreat opportunity as part of the QLD Maintenance team to supply Scheduling and Planning support to our QLD operations utilising the MEX maintenance management system.Are you an experienced Maintenance Planner looking to join a global ASX listed organisation and take the next step in your career?Reporting directly to the QLD Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for scheduling and planning for all sites in the QLD network.The key responsibilities of this role include:Acting in a manner that always seeks to enhance the safety culture and performance of CHEP personnel.Improve and update maintenance schedules, stores & asset register utilising MEX maintenance management system.Working collaboratively with operations converting requests to Work orders and scheduling the works.Plan and schedule major plant maintenance shutdowns ensuring availability of resources and spare parts.Review all shutdowns for opportunities to optimise the process for ongoing shutdowns.Prepare, analyse and distribute reports for site maintenance activities.Conduct condition monitoring of assets, produce reports and schedule rectification works.Develop strong networks with purchasing and supply personnel to ensure a timely and cost-effective availability of parts and equipment as required.Maintain registered plant and equipment records, ensuring asset registers are accurate and up to date.Maintain maintenance stores in conjunction with site maintenance personnel.Data analysis of team performance.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills, experience and qualifications:A proven commitment to safety through personal values and visible leadership.Experience in a Planning position within an industrial environment.Experience in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a team environment and develop and sustain a planned maintenance culture.Excellent oral and written communication skills.
