Auto Electrician - Mining Technology - Perth BasedCall Alicia on for a confidential chat or apply below About the company: A Mining Systems Specialists Solutions Company that leverages technology and innovation to make the lives of individuals easier, safer, and more productive by installing Fleet Management Systems into mine sites to track, report, and collect data on what the equipment is doing at any time of the day, providing a better overall support package and delivering better results for production and projects.
About the role: As a fully qualified Auto Electrician, you will service customers across the Perth metropolitan and Peel regions of WA, installing mining equipment and providing site technology maintenance support (hardware and software), documenting processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Work will be 90% in and around Perth, with only occasional travel to site.
Key Responsibilities for the role: Completing installs on mining equipment in and around PerthProviding site technology and maintenance support (Hardware and Software)Working in various workshops around Perth to complete installsSupplier, parts, and spares management in the warehousesDocumenting processes and identifying areas for improvementManaging relationships with on-site customersSkills & experience: Trade Qualified Auto Electrician - Perth based or willing to relocateExperience working on heavy mobile equipment in miningFamiliarisation with mining equipment technology such as collision awareness, fleet management, and communicationAbility to manage and understand customer needsHigh computer literacy skills to manage technology remotelyPride in the quality of your workCulture: Our Client is all about using tech and innovation to make life easier, safer, and more productive for everyone.

Benefits: $115 - $130 K Plus Super, depending on experience.
Training provided to understand and support collision awareness and fleet management technology deployments.
You will also gain knowledge and background of the OEMs that the company works with and the opportunity to delve into an even greater technical knowledge base.
