Responsibilities: Managing a small team Creating rosters Generating orders Completing stock takes Ensuring excellent customer service Applicants will be expected to demonstrate: Fresh food retail knowledge Bakery experience is preferred, but not essential Ability to lead and manage a team Ability to order and control costs An excellent understanding of gross profit calculations Accurate team rostering Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Strong leadership and delegation skills Ability to coach, train and performance manage teams Commitment to work health and safety standards If this sounds like the opportunity you've been looking for, we'd love to hear from you
