About you
We are looking for a Full-time Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Westfield Bondi Junction and/or Sydney CBD.

The role
Support the Store Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail.
Assist the Store Manager in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals, and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings.
Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets.
Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support.
Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills.
Experience in managing a retail team.
Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire.
Ability to multi-task and build relationships.
Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
An attractive total salary package (including superannuation) between $65,000-$70,000 is on offer.
