Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team based in Hindmarsh South Australia to support our Agro Science & Agro Testing businesses across Australia.
Reporting to the Human Resources Business Partner, you will contribute to the ongoing implementation of the Eurofins people strategy by providing high-quality administrative support to the HRBP and to the broader Agro Science and Agrotesting businesses.
This diverse role will give you the opportunity to participate in a broad range of people related activities including but not limited to:• Phone screening potential candidates• Conducting pre-employment checks such as VEVO (Visa) Checks• Preparation of contracts and new hire documents• Ensuring returned documents are completed before sending to payroll• Creation of employees and maintaining the data integrity of our ILM system• Local ILM Coordinator• Performing inductions where applicable• Preparation of employee variation letters• Ensuring documentation is submitted to payroll before cut-off times• Triaging HR enquiries including emails sent to the shared HR inbox• Employee engagement• Graduate and vacation programs as appropriate• Talent acquisition and retention Qualifications Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources Additional Information About you: In addition to your tertiary qualifications and understanding of contemporary human resource practice and legislation you will demonstrate: A positive attitude and solutions-focused approach Initiative and exceptional attention to detail The ability to plan and effectively prioritise work tasks to meet deadlines Well-developed interpersonal and verbal communications skills The ability to work cohesively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities A strong willingness to continually learn about human resources, the business and emerging trends across both industries (HR & Agriculture) If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want a real opportunity to learn and grow, this position is for you.
