Whether you're an established Senior Exec looking to gain significant exposure to a category leader or, a driven Executive looking for that next step upwards, we'd love to hear from youThe roleReporting into and working closely with the Senior Paid Search Manager, this is an incredible opportunity to manage paid search campaigns across the client's portfolio of brands.
You will lead the set-up, ongoing optimisation and evolution of the SEM accounts.
You will oversee the implementation and day-to-day tasks of the offshore team members, ensuring their work is delivered with accuracy.
Additionally, you will support in client meetings, address requests, and assist in developing and refining SEM strategies.
Problem solving, attention to detail, communication skills and specialist paid search knowledge are the keys to this role.Key responsibilitiesAssist in implementing, monitoring and managing industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid searchExecute and optimise campaigns across various paid search platforms to drive business outcomes for the clientDeliver accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisationMaintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficientlyApply a curious mindset to understand and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improveTake ownership of tasks, effectively prioritising and managing multiple concurrent responsibilitiesSupport the Account Services team and client stakeholders on ad hoc requestsCollaborate closely with the Performance Media team, Account Managers and Operations Leads, contributing to a team-oriented environment and celebrating collective achievementsWhat you're looking forA strong team with a supportive and collaborative culturePartnering with globally recognised brands, a category leader and one of the biggest advertisers in our market todayWorking with a client who offer longer lead times than the industry average making the work/life balance easily achievableOpportunity to fulfil your career goals in a business large enough to accommodate them - we have one of the finest mobility programs GLOBALLYWhat type of person will be successful in this roleMinimum 2-3 years' of experience in building and managing SEM / paid search campaignsStrong understanding and experience with Google Ads and SA360Strong ambition to advance your career as a well-rounded performance media specialist, with a passion for executing, optimising, and reporting on paid search campaignsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPointProven track record of driving performance outcomes for clientsDemonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks, effectively prioritise, and manage multiple responsibilitiesIntermediate presentation skills, including experience with client work-in-progress updates and monthly reportsAdditional informationBe a part of the Publicis Groupe family, recent winner of the Employer of Choice Awards and one of the world's most progressive and dynamic modern communications businesses.
