About the Role: Identify, develop and deliver quality outcomes for clients in varied industries across WCA Solutions range of HR services.
Deliver commercially driven HR Solutions by managing client expectations, optimising resources, budgets and deliverables.
Maintain a culture of continuous improvement by proactively improving WCA Solutions HR processes and tools to stay ahead of the game.
Having a positive and can-do attitude by taking responsibility for your actions, continuous learning, and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done when required.
Proactively keeping up to date and informed of Industrial Relations changes, and new and innovative approaches to HR delivery.

What You'll Need to Bring Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a relevant field.
5+ years' experience as an HR generalist.
Strong understanding of Australian industrial relations and HR compliance requirements.
Unrestricted Working Rights in Australia.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desire to be part of an organisation that will support your growth and reward you for your efforts along the way.
