Job DescriptionThe Installer - Plumber is involved in the delivery and installation of appliances, including plumbing and gas connections, at customers' premises in a timely and professional manner.
The Installer - Plumber will operate with a continual focus on Safety, Service, Cost, and Team, and align with company values.
Install and inspect various home appliances for customers.Ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks to meet customer expectations.Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer concerns or questions.Maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude during interactions with customers.Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.QualificationsPlumbing Cert/Licence.Gas Fitter Licence.C Class Licence.About YouA great customer focus work ethic, with demonstrated customer experience.Strong safety focus including safe manual handling knowledge and experience.Ability to maintain a professional and calm manner whilst working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.High attention to detail.Demonstrated problem-solving ability.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Results and targets driven with a proactive, can-do approach.Experience performing installations in a home environment.Additional InformationPermanent full-time Monday - Friday.Flexible working hours.Company vehicle + tools + uniform + phone.Potential to earn performance-based bonuses.BenefitsExciting career advancement opportunities await as we are a rapidly growing company that values promoting from within our talented teamOur in-house Training Academy provides ongoing training (incl.
