Position The successful applicant must: be committed to the Catholic ethos of the school and to the spiritual, emotional, social and educational wellbeing of all students have exemplary learning and teaching skills that engage students in a rich learning environment and a desire to share this knowledge in a professional, collaborative and collegial way with their team have strong interpersonal and communication skills with the capacity to continue to build strong relationships with students, staff and parents enjoy working with students from a diverse range of cultures and have knowledge of EAL best practices value and consistently use assessment strategies in the development and implementation of their teaching program be responsive to the MACS' preferred system-wide approach (Vision for Instruction) to achieving teaching and learning excellence Special Requirements The successful applicant needs to: be eager to embrace the Catholic ethos of our school be accredited to teach Religious Education in a Catholic school or agree to achieve this within the next few years be committed to child safety, to maintaining best practices to ensure this, and to ongoing evaluation of these practices have read and be committed to maintaining Child Safety Standards hold VIT registration Application Procedure Please email your Letter of Application along with your C.V. and Application For Employment Form to the Principal - Mr Des Noack (******).
