1300SMILES Upper Ross is located in beautiful, sunny Far North of Queensland nestled amongst the gorgeous Great Barrier Reef.
The practice itself is situated in a busy medical complex visible from the main road in the growing suburbs of Rasmussen.
Townsville is well-known for having paradise on its doorstep with the stunning Magnetic Island a short 20-minute ferry ride away, escape to the Whitsundays or a road trip to Cairns making your work-life balance a dream.

Upper Ross is a busy & long-standing established 4-chair practice consisting of 2 highly experienced Dentists offering a mix of general & high-end Dentistry with over 20 years' combined experience in the industry.
There is an exceptional opportunity for a new graduate Dentist to operate in this busy clinic 5 days per week, commencing January 2025.
This position would be well suited to a clinician with a willingness to learn and grow their skill set, offering high-end support from clinicians on-site while cultivating your own practice.
Clinical room available 5 days a week. Attractive salary, relocation, and CPD allowance. 3 Shape Trios Wireless Scanner (compatible with Invisalign). A committed and motivated support team enabling efficiency in the delivery of clinical care to patients, including an experienced, clinically passionate Practice Manager and Regional Manager local in Townsville. Clinicians always willing to have open discussions about cases offering tailored mentorship. Clinician Development Program with extensive learning resources available in various formats to support your clinical development. Visa sponsorship may be available for clinicians from the United Kingdom, Republic of Ireland, New Zealand, and Canada. Provide high-quality dental care to patients. Diagnose and treat oral diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums. Perform routine cleanings, extractions, fillings, and other dental procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventative care. Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication skills with both patients and your support team. Passion to learn and develop new skills expanding scope of works to Orthodontics. Hold unrestricted AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance (or able to obtain). Ability to work within Australia.
